Health Seminars
In this age of increased work hours how do we find the time to care for our health? And what is the real cost to ourselves if we do not look after our wellbeing? What do we miss in life? We simply must find time to care for our health.

Balance! offers a range of seminars and relaxation sessions presented by industry professionals. Seminars can be scheduled to support health promotion activities, as part of a series, or as a stand-alone item.

Balance! will have an education room at its Health Practice, so that in addition to health services, the centre will run education sessions on health and wellness. These will be held during the day, in the evenings and on weekends.
The education room will also have some “soft play” equipment for children to enjoy. This will encourage parents to bring their children to the centre for book readings, education sessions on nutrition, and other children’s activities.
